Bandwidth Overusage
Purchased as Top-Ups or on a post-pay basis.
At the point of ordering you will be asked to choose a preferred method of payment for bandwidth overusage. The default option will be to purchase additional bandwidth in the form of pre-pay top-ups. The top-ups do not expire and are only lost if you cease the connection or move to an alternative provider.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay for overusage on a per 1GB post-pay basis. If this option is selected you will pay a set fee per additional 1GB used and will be required to set an upper limit to control your spending. As this limit is reached you will be notified by email.

Upon consumption of all remaining monthly allowance and any top-ups the service will be rate limited to 128Kbps with an additional 1GB provided. Upon consumption of the additional 1GB provided the connection will be blocked until you purchase a top-up or their next billing period start date.
Correspondingly, if you choose to post-pay per 1GB and set an upper credit limit; at the point at which this limit is met the connection will be blocked unless a pre-pay top-up is purchased or the next billing period start date. In both instances you will receive notification by email that you are approaching your limit.

Migrating in to our service
If you're not satisfied with your current broadband supplier, you can migrate in to our Entanet-based service.
Migration is the term used to move an existing broadband connection from one ISP to another without any downtime.
Migration orders placed with a MAC code beginning with BBIP/FTIP or BBDS will be free of charge. For orders with a MAC code beginning with LLU or Lxxx, a £40 + VAT charge will be incurred if the connection is migrating from an LLU provider.
When placing a migration order you will need to provide us wirh a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC). The MAC will be provided by your current ISP when you request it. When your ISP provides the MAC they are confirming their agreement to allow the migration to go ahead.

Broadband Extras
There are 2 additional levels of support: Enhanced Care & Elevated Best Efforts
Elevated Best Efforts (EBE) guarantees minimum throughput of 3Mbps over the BT network subject to line sync rate. Compare this to Standard Best Efforts from other ISPs that guarantee a minimum throughput of only 2Mbps. These minimum levels of service are guaranteed for 90% of the time over the busiest 3 hour period.
Where EBE is available, Business packages include it as standard. However Family package customers are able to add EBE to their service for an additional monthly fee.
Elevated Best Efforts: £5:00 Per Month.
Enhanced Care provides a reduced, 20 hour, fix time in the event of a problem occurring, with Openreach engineers available 24/7. Customers must have 24/7 access to their premises to be able to take advantage of the 20hr fix time. Standard Care has a fix time of 40 hours. Enhanced Care is available as an option to all customers regardless of their choice of package.

Regrading
A Regrade charge applies to customers who wish to move from a Family package to a Business Package or vice versa. No charge applies if a customer wishes to move between allowance options e.g. Family 1 to a Family 3. Regrades are allowed only once per billing month and come into force at the beginning of the next billing month.

ADSL Fasttrack
ADSL Fasttrack allows the activation of a new connection within 48-72 hours.
